No returns, exchanges only. We do not accept returns on any items. We have a 3 day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchanges for Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive damaged items or you receive the wrong item, please notify us via email within 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. The exchange is limited to the same item purchase and can not be substituted. To be eligible for an exchange, email proof of purchase and picture of damaged item(s) to rrembodied@gmail.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. All items will be replaced-according to availability-or they will be refunded. If approved, we will cover the new shipping expenses.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Refunds
If exchange is approved and the item(s) is not available, we will notify you to let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rrembodied@gmail.com.
